The HTM program prepares students for management positions in the hospitality and tourism industry, one of the world’s largest industries. Students obtain hands‐on experience through field studies and courses in hospitality marketing, financial management, food and beverage, tourism management, and lodging operations management. Students are encouraged to develop a variety of skills, such as analysis, decision making, leadership, and communication.
