Han Liao

Having both a technical and research background, Han Liao, has a critical eye for developing programs that detect infrastructural problems within databases and in programs that optimize applications.

His research under Srijan Sengupta on early “Fake News and Rumor” Detection on microblogging platforms gives Han an impressive knowledge of logistic regression. As a GDMS DevOps Intern, he developed a half million dollar analytic cloud environment.

Outside of work and research, Han enjoys playing Runescape and browsing through the r/interesting thread on Reddit. With Han’s multifaceted work experience, he is able to tie many complicated and trends and insights to the team.
