What to do if you’re having issues viewing content

Make sure you have a good connection to the internet. Streaming video requires a strong connection. Please note, we are unable to troubleshoot issues related to your local internet service provider. If you have connection issues, please contact your provider directly.

Mobile streaming options

The commencement program is available at this website. There are a few things you can check if you're having problems.

  • Make sure your internet browser is up to date. 
  • Clear your browser cache following these instructions.
  • Try using a different browser. 
  • Try using a private or incognito window.

Other ways to watch

If you have trouble seeing it on the website, streaming is also available through Virginia Tech's YouTube and Facebook pages. All the video content will be available on demand and will continue to be there after the ceremony.
