Alexander Scharr

Alex is a senior studying Business Information Technology with two concentrations in Cybersecurity Management & Analytics and Operations & Supply Chain Management.  After graduation, he plans to apply his knowledge to the information security field.  On campus, he is a member of Theta Chi Fraternity – as Treasurer since 2018.   Furthermore, he is a member of Business Information Technology Club – serving as the Director of Marketing & Communications after serving as Treasurer last year.  He is also a member of The Big Event – serving as a Co-Executive of Fundraising since 2018 after serving as an Operations team member the year prior.

Alex has a built excellent organizational skills and a strong-work ethic from his various executive positions in different organizations.  He attributes these experiences to his responsibility, reliability, and relentless dedication.

In his free time he enjoys basketball, disc-golf, the beach, and outdoor activities. Alex is passionate about the Boston Celtics, traveling, and music.
