Hokie Preview is designed specifically for high school juniors to provide a comprehensive look at life as a Virginia Tech student. We invite high school juniors and their families to visit our campus on Saturday, March 24, 2018, and learn about Virginia Tech through an admissions information session, college information session, and a campus tour. We will answer your questions about our university and how to become a Hokie!
Who may participate in Hokie Preview?
High school juniors who are considering applying to Virginia Tech.
Does Hokie Preview cost anything?
There is no cost to attend Hokie Preview.
What about lunch?
We encourage you to try one of our award-winning dining facilities available on campus. You will receive a dining guide with your packet at check-in. This guide will include more information about your dining options for the day. All of our dining facilities accept debit/credit cards and most accept cash.
Where should I park?
Parking is available in parking lots located on Perry Street and in the Perry Street parking garage. Once you have parked, follow the "Admissions Event Check-In" signs to Burruss Hall. Directions to the Perry Street Parking Lots can be found here.
I can't come to Hokie Preview, but I still want to visit Virginia Tech. How can I do that?
We would love to accommodate you for a visit on another day if you're unable to make it to Hokie Preview. Please schedule an information session and/or campus tour on the day that works best for you.
