Campus Connection Day
Campus Connection Day (CCD) is a single day event designed for students and families who wish to learn more about African-American, Latinx and First-Generation student experiences at Virginia Tech. This includes learning about the opportunities and resources we have available for you, such as our Cultural and Community Centers, Student Opportunities and Achievement Resources program (SOAR), Living-Learning Programs and much more. Due to Covid-19 this year’s program will be all virtual.
Part one is the Open House hosted by Undergraduate Admissions. It is optional, but strongly encouraged, and has a separate registration. Registration is not live yet for Open House, but we will send a reminder email once you can sign up. Part two is Campus Connection Day.
If you participate in CCD and apply for admission no later than October 18, 2020, you may be eligible for an admissions decision at the conclusion of the program. Information about applying will be included with your registration confirmation. Registration will go live September 1, 2020 and close on October 10, 2020 (deadline extended).
