Campus Connection Day | November 11

Campus Connection Day is a single day event designed for students and families who wish to learn more about the African American and Black student experience at Virginia Tech, as well as other opportunities and resources available such as the Black Cultural Center and Ujima Living and Learning Community.

Participants of Campus Connection Day will have the opportunity to network with current students, as well as faculty and staff from the university community. While the program is focused on the African American and Black student experience, we welcome the participation of any student who identifies as underrepresented or has an interest in Virginia Tech.

Campus Connection Day is coordinated with our Open House event. Families are encouraged take advantage of the admissions, financial aid, special interest, or college information sessions offered throughout the day. After registering for Campus Connection Day, you will receive an email to sign up for Open House on Sunday, November 11th or you can register with the link below. Please make sure that you register for Campus Connection Day and Open House. Students must register by 5PM on Monday, October 22.

During Open House, you will attend the sessions that you sign up for on your registration. We will connect for an optional, but strongly encouraged, luncheon. This luncheon will allow you to connect with faculty/staff, current students, and campus resources. After the luncheon, you will continue with your Open House schedule until we meet again for our Closing Program, where admissions decisions will be distributed.
