The Diversity Alumni Recruitment Team is a joint initiative between the Office of Undergraduate Admissions (OUA) and Alumni Relations. In concert with President Sands’ goal to increase the enrollment of underrepresented students, the DART was established to assist as one of many initiatives to achieve this vision.

DART functions as an extension of the OUA with a special emphasis to aid in the recruitment and yield of students from underrepresented and underserved populations. Team members are involved in a variety of recruitment functions including college fairs.
